Dakar Youth Games – Student Travel Clearance Documents copy

Before you start

To ensure smooth processing and clearance by the Ministry of Education for the Dakar Youth Games, please collect and submit the following required documentation for your team members. 1. A formal request letter from the school for each student listing Full Name, Admission Number, Date of Birth and Passport Number. 2. Copy of Birth Certificate for the student. 3. The attached parental consent form signed by both parents, supported by copies of both parents’ National ID cards. The consent letters must be rubber-stamped by the school or written on official school letterhead. The names of the parents appearing in the birth certificate should be the ones consenting and also giving copies of their ID. If one or both parents are not the ones consenting, a legal document is required: (a) death certificate, (b) custody granted by court of law, (c) an affidavit, or (d) court order in respect of legal guardianship. 4. Accompanying teachers’ documents. For public schools: official clearance letter from the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) with Full Name, TSC Number and Passport Number. For private school teachers: official appointment/introduction letters from the school and copies of National ID Cards. 5. List of bank account details of the students with account name, account number, bank name, bank branch and photo of the front of the ATM card. 6. List of the team kits sizes and shoe sizes. 7. Yellow fever. 8. Dietary requirement. Send the documents once completed to info@nock.or.ke with the subject “DAKAR CLEARANCE FOR STUDENTS TRAVELING OUT OF THE COUNTRY” or drop off at NOCK offices on or before Thursday 1st October 2026. 4. Parental Consent and Parent Identification
